New Registration Options!!

One Day Registration

Want to come to the ANWG Conference for just one day?  Want to take one or two seminars, shop the Marketplace and check out the Galleries?  To see which classes are still available, go to http://www.anwg-conference-2013.com/seminars-workshops-status.html.  While many of the seminars are full, there are still many with openings.  Then go to the website’s home page, click on the Register Now button, and select one of four options:

Friday One Seminar
Friday Two Seminars
Saturday One Seminar
Saturday Two Seminars

The fee for One Seminar options is $85 and for Two Seminar options is $170 (this option also includes all-day classes).  If, after checking out the classes on the Classes Still Available screen, you change your mind about which option you want, exit out of the registration site before checking out and start over again, selecting a different option.

If you are coming on Saturday, you can also purchase a ticket to the Awards Dinner and Keynote Address for $45.00 on the Other Options screen.

Conference A La Carte Registration

If you don’t want to take any classes or seminars but still wish to stay on campus for the three days during the conference, shop the Marketplace, browse the galleries, and maybe attend the Fashion Show and or the Awards Dinner and Keynote Address, you can now select this registration type.  You can then select the Conference Only housing package (do NOT select any other package), and/or you can purchase tickets to the Fashion Show and/or the Awards Dinner and Keynote Address on the Other Options screen.

There is no flexibility as to the number of nights included; the Conference Only package includes dinner on Thursday through breakfast on Sunday and three nights’ lodging.  You can either share a room or have a single room, both with shared bath.  The Marketplace and galleries are open to the public without charge.  Remember – no seminars or one-day classes are included.

You can also use this option to purchase Fashion Show or Awards Dinner and Keynote Address tickets.  And you can buy a parking permit for $31 (good for a week).  Parking permits are required to park on campus.  A daily pass can be purchased for $10 at the Parking Services Building on Bill MacDonald Parkway.

NOTE:  Please read the information on the conference web site about using the Registration Site.  That will make your life easier and result in less work for the Registrar – thank you!  Questions:  writehttp://registrar@anwg-conference-2013.com.
