Monthly Movie Night Event:

Movie night, Open to all is on the 1st Thursday of each month. Click on “Movie Night” in the calendar or here is the Zoom link and the Meeting ID is 839 420 1224 and the Passcode is OWG

Guild Meetings:

Visitors are welcome at the regular guild meetings and programs, and may attend up to two meetings as a guest before joining the guild.  Unless otherwise noted, meetings are on the third Friday of the month, September through May.  If you are not a current guild member, but would like to attend a meeting to check us out, please send an email request to info@olympiaweaversguild.org.

Each month we try to have a program with information of interest to our group.

November 21st: Celebrating 80 Years: Celebration!
December 19th: Holiday Party
January 16th: Elizabeth Williamson, Exec. Director – HGA Presentation -Virtual Program
February 20th: Flóra Carlile-Kovács – An Artist’s Journey
March 20th: Annie Fischer – Perfection, Paranoid, Procrastination
April 17th: Denise Bolger Kovnat – Once upon a warp: From the Loom to the Runway – Virtual Program
May 15th: Kathy Monaghan – Passion for Plain Weave
June 19th: Guild Picnic – Begin Summer Break after

Meetings begin with introductions of new members/guests, then the monthly program followed by business information and a short break then business, lunch and Showcase, where members show, and discuss projects that are on display throughout the meeting.
 
Meetings are available on Zoom as well.
 
Study Group Meetings:
 
Our various Study Groups are open to new members. Normally each group meets once or twice a month at various homes or via zoom. If you are interested in joining a study group, please email or phone the group contact person (contact information can be found in the yearbook). If you are not a current guild member, please send an email request to info@olympiaweaversguild.org.
