We will be hosting this show in our newly renovated, state of the art gallery, located 45 minutes from San Francisco, in the heart of the world famous wine country in Sebastopol CA. During the show, TheSebastopol Center for the Arts, will be celebrating its 25th year, and this show will be the showcase for our celebrations.
We are encouraging thought-provoking, unconventional and innovative fiber works in a range of materials–metals, mesh, paper, wood, natural or manmade fibers–applied to fiber techniques. Two- or three-dimensional pieces are accepted including wearable art and installations.

Susan Taber Avila is an artist, Professor of Design (Textiles & Fashion) at the University of California, Davis and a Chutian Scholar at Wuhan Textile University in Wuhan, China.
Joan Schulzeis an independent artist and lecturer in 17 countries since the 70s, She has work in many museums and private collections, exhibits; teaches internationally and is highly regarded for her work in collage and the fiber arts.
